Site Characteristics
Huntable acres: 857
Habitat: wooded ravines, prairie and grassland openings, pine and hardwood plantations and a large lake. The 20.5 acre American Beech Woods Nature Preserve is closed to hunting. Active habitat management will occur throughout the year on the site, including prescribed burning.

Site requires use of windshield card, displayed on vehicle dashboard, to report hunting effort and harvest by 15 February.
There is no staffed check station, but all hunters are required to sign-in and sign-out at kiosk at headquarters.
