Site Characteristics
Huntable acres: 120
Habitat: Cover is primarily warm season grass and low growing woody shrubs interspersed with American Plum and Blackjack Oak thickets. Topography is that of a 60 foot sand hill or dune with several blowouts. Soils are all sand and there are no open water areas on the site.
Active habitat management will be occurring throughout the year on the site, including prescribed burning.

Statewide and associated species regulations in accordance with the Illinois Digest of Hunting and Trapping Regulations apply at site unless noted hereafter.
Site requires use of windshield card displayed on vehicle dashboard to report hunting effort and harvest by 15 February.
Hunters must remove tree stands daily.
Prescribed fire may be conducted during archery deer hunting season.
