Site Characteristics
Huntable acres: 71 acres
Habitat: Part of the Hackmatack Habitat Complex, huntable areas include timber stand with shallow open water and IDNR agriculture field in corn and bean rotation. These areas are surrounded by grasslands, marsh, and wheat field managed by IDNR. Active habitat management will be occurring throughout the year on the site, including prescribed burning.
