Site Characteristics
Huntable acres: 2,741
Habitat: Bottomland, hardwood forests and agricultural fields. Active habitat management will occur throughout the year on the site.
Site Specific Regulations
Statewide and associated species regulations apply at the site unless noted hereafter.
Hunters may leave stands unattended from September 15 – January 31. Stands must be legibly marked with owner’s name, address and telephone number.
No permanent blinds or pits may be dug or constructed. All blinds must be portable or established with natural vegetation and must be removed or dismantled at the end of each day’s hunt. Cutting of live vegetation on the area is illegal.
All motorized vehicles must remain on access road or at parking area. This is a walk-in hunting area. No ATV/s or bicycles are allowed. Person-pulled carts can be used to retrieve deer.

- Rimfire rifles .22 caliber and smaller only can be used from sunset to sunrise.
- Furbearer hunting closed during Firearm Deer Season
- Hunters with a valid, unfilled firearm deer permit for the hunt area may take coyotes during legal hours of the firearm deer season. Otherwise, the use of shotgun slugs to take furbearing mammals is prohibited on state sites.
- Coyote and striped skunk season coincides with the statewide fox season.
